Having spent 18 years working for global businesses, it’s time for me offer my knowledge and experience to other companies.

I act as a counsellor, that aids and supports the client in a very target-oriented manner.

My main competences include the following:
strategic advice (guiding principles and prospects, as well as consequential measures and projects), start-up and process organisation, crisis and project management, risk management in relation to internal control systems, workshop facilitation (e.g. process analyses, SWOT analysis), recapitalisation, Basel II etc.

Being a generalist, I attach great importance to the "holistic approach". Supporting the shareholders and the CEOs will enable me to contribute to sustainable success.
